Little Mini Roast

Little mini roasts are a single portion of free-range chicken with homemade stuffing and sausage, finished with a salt and pepper glaze. They are made for a quick roast dinner for one or two. Bake them in a hot oven for around 30 to 35 minutes until golden and cooked through, then rest briefly. Serve with potatoes, greens and gravy, or slice them cold into a sandwich.
