Spanish Sausage

Our Spanish sausage is made in-house with free-range pork, with a Spanish-style flavour. Fry or grill it over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning, until cooked through. It goes well with peppers and tomatoes in a quick one-pan supper, in a bean stew, or in a crusty roll with a handful of rocket.
