Slim pork chipolatas, quick to cook

Chipolatas are the slimmer, shorter sausages, which cook faster and suit smaller appetites. Ours are made in-house with free-range pork. They are the ones to wrap in bacon for pigs in blankets, or to serve at breakfast, a party or in a toad in the hole. Cook them in a hot oven for around 20 minutes, or in a frying pan, turning often.
