5kg Lamb Chops

A 5kg pack of lamb chops from free range lamb, mostly sourced locally from farmers we know and trust. Portion them into bags and freeze them flat. Defrost in the fridge, then grill or barbecue for around six to eight minutes each side with rosemary and garlic. A good choice for barbecues, family gatherings and anyone with a freezer to fill.
