Lamb & Mint Sausage

Lamb and mint is a traditional pairing, and these sausages are made in-house with free-range lamb. They suit the barbecue or a pan on a medium heat, and they take about 15 to 20 minutes, turning regularly. Serve our lamb and mint sausages with new potatoes and peas, or slice them into a stew with white beans and rosemary for a hearty supper.
