Stew Pack

Our stew pack gives you 2kg each of diced beef, diced chicken, diced pork and diced lamb, so eight kilos in all. It is made for batch cooking and for filling the freezer. Brown each meat in batches, then simmer it slowly with onions, stock and vegetables, allowing around two hours for the beef and lamb and less for the chicken and pork. Portion up and freeze.
