Plain Pork Sausage

Our plain pork sausage is a straightforward, free-range pork sausage made in-house, with no fuss to get in the way of the meat. It suits breakfasts, sausage sandwiches, mash and onion gravy, or toad in the hole. Cook the sausages gently under the grill or in a frying pan for 15 to 20 minutes, turning often, until golden all over and cooked through with no pink in the middle.
