5kg Lamb Steak

A 5kg pack of lamb steaks from free range lamb, mostly sourced locally from farmers we know and trust. It is a good choice for a freezer fill or for feeding a crowd. Portion the steaks into bags and freeze them flat. They cook fast: fry or grill for three to four minutes each side, rest, and serve with rosemary, garlic and roasted vegetables, or marinate them for the barbecue.
