Lamb Kebab

A proper barbecue favourite. Our lamb kebabs are prepared in the shop using free-range lamb, mostly from local farmers we know and trust, and come ready to go straight on the heat. Cook over a hot grill or barbecue for around 10 to 12 minutes, turning every few minutes, so the outside chars nicely while the lamb stays juicy inside. Rest briefly, then serve with rice, flatbreads or a big summer salad.
