Lamb Kofte

Our lamb koftas are made from free-range lamb, mostly sourced from local farmers we know and trust, then minced, seasoned and shaped in the shop so they are ready to cook. Grill, griddle or barbecue them for around 10 minutes, turning often, until browned all over and cooked through. Serve in warm flatbreads with a crisp salad, a spoonful of yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon for an easy, crowd-pleasing midweek tea.
