Lamb Merquez Sausage

Merguez is a spicy North African-style sausage, and ours is made in-house with free-range lamb. Grill or barbecue the lamb merguez over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning, until browned and cooked through. Serve it in a warm bun with peppers, or with couscous, roasted vegetables and a spoonful of harissa yoghurt.
